Terms of use
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms
These terms cover this website, the public pages and the signed-in console. They are between you and Ocellics Fund Data Services (Pty) Ltd. Office: Block-B2, Regent Square, Doncaster Road, Kenilworth, Cape Town, 7708.
They do not license FundSolve, Fund Factsheets, WealthSolve, Managed Azure, or any other paid work. Those have their own agreements. If a signed contract says something different, the contract wins.
Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Not advice, not an offer
Nothing here is financial advice, a solicitation, or an offer of securities. Descriptions of products and pricing are marketing. Figures, examples and screenshots can go out of date. Ask us for a current proposal before you rely on a number.
Using the site
- Do not break or overload the site, scrape it aggressively, or probe it without our written say-so.
- Do not use the demo form to send junk, or to send us someone else’s personal information you should not have.
- Console access is for people we have invited. Do not share that login.
- We may change or take down pages without notice. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Demo requests
Sending the contact form is a request to talk, not an order. We will use the details as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not have to take the meeting.
Intellectual property
The Ocellics name, marks, site copy, layout and media are ours or used with permission. You may not copy the site or pass it off as your own. Brand files in Assets and Branding Guidelines are for genuine Ocellics work, on the terms stated there.
Client names and logos appear because those firms are (or were) clients. That is not an endorsement of this website, and it is not a licence for you to use those marks.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from using or not being able to use this website, including lost data, profit, or goodwill.
Nothing here excludes liability we cannot exclude, including for gross negligence or a duty that statute will not let us drop.
Law
South African law governs these terms. The courts of the Western Cape have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to approach another competent South African court or the Information Regulator.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version that applies. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
